As the local and national response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic becomes more clear, Keystone Property & Asset Management is reviewing, collecting and sharing what we believe to be the most up to date and relevant resources available for businesses. This page is not meant to catalog all of the resources available but those that seem to be of the highest value. We will be updating it often to reflect government and partner organization’s applicable programs. 
 

WHAT WE ARE DOING
Keystone Property & Asset Management is complying with all state and local orders but continues to operate as a life-sustaining business - with no interruption in services. Our property managers, management, asset managers and administrative teams are fully functional. Our property managers are onsite - caring for their industrial, retail, office and medical facilities albeit with significant additional caution. Our whole team is available and can meet with you via video or tele-conference. All of our investments in software, digital tools and business continuance allow us to keep working for you.

There are no blanket answers for the issues arising in the current business environment. Each case is different, and each has a reasonable solution available. The prolific list of federal, state, local and industry support programs are the place to start – and we have identified the access points to them below.
